There is no need to explain anything. The Anabolic Diet is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. Your comment is absurd because every diet will fail if you go back to old habits.

Explain that.

^^^the weight you gain is a mix of water retention caused by the increased carbs in your diet and a little fat caused by the increased insulin secretion in the presence of free-flowing fatty acid in the blood. since insulin is a storage hormone some fta will be gained but there are ways to avoid this.

option 1: SLOW RE-INTRODUCTION
read the atkins low carb ladder.
you add in more veggies, then berries, then oranges, then higher sugar fruits, then starchy veggies and fruits, then small portions of rice etc.
Each level is done for a week.

option 2: LOAD AND DROP
this is a little simpler.
At the end of a depletion (full body) workout, you do a carb load (low fat recommended) for a day or so.
Then you drop your carbs from 60% to a zone type level. (40%). 30% is protein and fats are the same or lower.
this is faster (~3/4 days) but takes a considerable amount of control over the diet.

Hi
You did a great work with transforming your body.
My weight: 76kg.
Height: 175cm
Body fat: 20%.
Training: 3 times a week weight + 20 min. (High Intensity Interval Training)
I want to try anabolic diet to go down to 10% body fat. Two questions: What kind of “heavy cream” are we talking about?
What do you mean by “fertile egg”?
Take care
