However, I always thought my body handled dairy well - until I stopped eating much cheese.  The difference in terms of bodyfat and overall well-being has been huge since I started limiting cheese intake.

Something to think about - consider limiting how much cheese you eat if you think you have even the slightest hint of lactose intolerance, which most people do.

(I never have experienced these problems with heavy cream.)</description>
