I love raw eggs, one thing I do though is only eat the yolks raw and I save the whites to be cooked with my other egg meals. Just bought 3 dozen organic eggs and already knocked down a good 6 to myself so far while my family ate the other 6.

My stomach just can't seem to handle the white + yolk raw so that's why I started splitting it up. Plus the yolks are all the flavor you could ask for...hauntingly good.

Clay,

Thanks for the response. Im looking to cut, I want some vascularity for the summer, I do your 30 minute up hill walk thing at the end of my routine everyday, 15.0 incline on a treadmill... do you think this nutrition plan will work? And if so, will muscle loss be relatively minimal?

Meal 1: 6 eggs, 3 tbl spoons whipping cream, 5 BCAA pills, 3 pills hydroxy cut.

Meal 2: Lean gound beef patty, broccoli, 5 fish fat pills

Meal 3: 1 scoop protien power, broccoli, 5 fish fat pills

Meal 4: Same as Meal 2

Meal 5 (Pre workout) : 1 scoop protien power, tbl spoon of peanut butter. 3 creatine pills

1 scoop protien power and 5 BCAA pills immidiately post workout

Meal 6 : 6 eggs, 2 tbl spoons of flax seed oil

Protien power has 1 carb per serving, 35 grams protien. Ive been on something very similar to this for the past 3 weeks, but I want to really lean out now. Let me know what you think.

Dave,

Yes, ground beef is just fine! Most of my beef is usually ground beef, in fact. It's cheaper and gives great results.

"Raw cream" is simply what you have (pure dairy cream at roughly 5g fat per tablespoon) but completely unpasteurized and unhomogenized. In order words, it is cream straight from the cow's udders. In many countries, it is unfortunately illegal to obtain (however, it is completely safe). The cream you have will work just fine, though! Raw cream has a higher content of omega 3s and CLA in the fat but I have successfully used "regular" cream in the past.

Excellent site, a couple of questions...

For daily beef content, is ground beef OK for the entire day, this is way easier for me...

Raw cream, what exactly is that? Im using 35% cream at 5 grams of fat per table spoon, is it enough?

Thanks, great job.
