Anabolic Diet Cutting Fat Loss Diet
Diet starting 1/7/08 (I no longer follow this diet, I am providing it for history’s sake):
I am currently aiming for about 3000 calories a day. Following the Anabolic Diet, that means about 185 grams of fat and 300 grams of protein. I will adjust the diet as necessary in the future, but this is my starting point. Carbs, of course, are to be held to roughly about 30 grams a day, and as such, I am not counting them in my total calories.
My “ingredients” each day will be as follows:
18 eggs -> 5g fat/6g protein per egg = 90g fat/108g protein
1/2 lbs grassfed beef -> 22g fat/21g protein per 4 oz = 44g fat/42g protein
1/2 lbs lean beef -> 5g fat/25g protein per 4 oz = 10g fat/50g protein
20 fish oil capsules -> 1g fat per capsule = 20g fat
1/2 cup half and half -> 14g fat
4 scoops protein powder -> 1.25g fat/25g protein per scoop = 5g fat/100g protein
And will be divided as such:
1. & 2. 1/4lbs grassfed + 1/4lbs lean = 1 meal.
So this will be two meals, which I will refer to as “beef”.
3. Five eggs plus 1/2 cup half and half plus two scoops protein is post workout.
4. Breakfast is five eggs plus one scoop protein.
5. Later meal is four eggs plus one scoop protein.
6. Another later meal is four eggs.

Good luck with the diet, I’m starting next week. I don’t see any fiber in your diet, nor veggies or fruit… You might have a hard time going to the toilet if you keep it like this..
