		<description>i was just about to add cardio to my anabolic diet...
and i planned to wake up early and jog for about 30mins on an empty stomach.. although i know most weights you lost is muscles... will i also have the same result? or will i burn some bodyfat?</description>

		<description>Very good site. I&#039;m currently doing the metabolic diet(same author) and I have hypothyroidism, so I work out w/ my kettlebells and do heavy hands powerwalking 6 days a week. I went from 238 to 182 just doing atkin&#039;s in 6 monthes, now I&#039;m trying to lean out and need all the help I can get. Thanks for building this site.</description>
